Zeida Perez, R.N., is the Director of Clinical Services/Director of Nursing at Providence Healthcare Services. Zeida began working with PHS in October of 2009 and brings more than 30 years of experience in both hospital-based and home health settings with both geriatric and pediatric patient populations. In her role as Director of Clinical Services, she is responsible for overseeing all clinical matters for the organization to ensure that care is delivered in a safe and consistent framework across all divisions of the company.
Before joining Providence Healthcare Services, Zeida’s experience included Clinical Management and Administrative roles in an acute hospital setting. She was the Director of Infection Control at Pan American Hospital and has specialized knowledge in wound care.
Additionally, Zeida co-founded The Champ Foundation, a non-profit organization providing financial and spiritual assistance to families with children diagnosed with cancer. She has also worked closely with Miami Children’s Hospital in numerous projects benefitting our community.
