Medicaid Services
We are able to offer a full suite of services to enrollees in the numerous Medicaid programs available.
A contracted provider with Florida Medicaid and all the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) Health Plans in our region.
Our in-house clinical team is knowledgeable and compassionate in working with plan recipients and their loved ones to ensure they obtain the services needed for their medical or non-medical prescribed care.
We understand the complexity of the different programs and the importance of obtaining the required forms and submitting all necessary documents with timeliness. Our clinical team works closely with plan recipients, their home health aides, and their prescribers, to ensure uninterrupted services necessary for their well-being.
We work with recipients enrolled in:
- Full Medicaid
- Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) plans
- Long Term Care (LTC) plans
- Several APD programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Other Title Programs
