Nercy Radcliffe - Founder and CEO
Nercy B. Radcliffe is the founding President and C.E.O. of Providence Healthcare Services. She oversees all strategic growth initiatives of the organization while maintaining regulatory and fiscal responsibility. Her interest in home healthcare was sparked by her experience with aging grandparents that were cared for in vastly different manners, at home and in numerous post acute facilities. After fifteen years in successive management and marketing positions in the corporate environment she transitioned to the home care industry and pledged to build a reputable organization committed to excellence and integrity in Miami-Dade County.
Nercy was born and raised in Miami, Florida and has a genuine love for the people, the culture, and the community of Miami. She demonstrates her commitment to making a difference in her community by serving on several boards and healthcare committees, including the Miami-Dade Elder Affairs Advisory Board. Nercy is also the District 11 Director on the board of the Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF). She is actively involved in numerous business associations and health related organizations dedicated to advocacy, education, and improving the health and wellbeing of those in the community.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Florida International University (FIU) and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University (LU). She is married to her husband of 31 years, Bill Radcliffe, and they are the proud parents of three wonderful sons; Christopher, Kevin and Nicholas.
Zeida Perez - Director of Clinical Services
Zeida Perez, R.N., is the Director of Clinical Services/Director of Nursing at Providence Healthcare Services. Zeida began working with PHS in October of 2009 and brings more than 30 years of experience in both hospital-based and home health settings with both geriatric and pediatric patient populations. In her role as Director of Clinical Services, she is responsible for overseeing all clinical matters for the organization to ensure that care is delivered in a safe and consistent framework across all divisions of the company.
Before joining Providence Healthcare Services, Zeida’s experience included Clinical Management and Administrative roles in an acute hospital setting. She was the Director of Infection Control at Pan American Hospital and has specialized knowledge in wound care.
Additionally, Zeida co-founded The Champ Foundation, a non-profit organization providing financial and spiritual assistance to families with children diagnosed with cancer. She has also worked closely with Miami Children’s Hospital in numerous projects benefitting our community.
Tammy Ramirez - Administrator
Tammy Ramirez is the Administrator of Providence Healthcare Services and she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Tammy joined the team in 2011 and held various positions within the organization prior to assuming all administrative duties of the firm. She has had vast experience in the healthcare industry and possesses acute leadership skills. She previously worked in a high-volume clinical environment managing more than 100 employees. Her experiences include Human Resource operations and workforce analytics. She executes all plans and policies of the organization and ensures regulatory compliance in all areas of the company.
Tammy has a Bachelor in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Helen Figueredo - Director of Business Development
Helen Figueredo is the Director of Business Development for Providence Healthcare Services. She leads numerous growth initiatives of the company and oversees the firm’s business development operations. She is responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing activities for the company. Helen’s active participation in many community events and organizations demonstrate her strong desire to make a difference in the lives of those in need. She is a strong advocate for children and their families, and has become lovingly well-known as the “Baby-Whisperer” to all who know her.
Helen is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Masters in Leadership and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, healthcare risk management and business development. Helen has played a vital role in the company’s public relations efforts, website development, social media and advertising, and community liaison activities. She is professional and has a kind spirit, which allows her to connect with our patients and their loved ones.
Katiusca Torres - Clinical Manager
Katiusca Torres, A.P.R.N, B.S.N, oversees the pediatric division and on-going nursing cases in the organization. She joined the Providence Healthcare team in July of 2009 as a Field Nurse. She later was a Field Supervisory RN prior to her role as Clinical Manager for the company.
Katiusca was a General Medicine Family Practitioner in her native land of Cuba, and a graduate of the Superior Institute of Medical Sciences (ISCM) in Havana, Cuba. She graduated as a Registered Nurse in the United States in 2008, earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) in 2016, and further pursued her educational goals to obtain her Advanced Nurse Practitioner License (APRN) in 2018.
Katiusca has consistently demonstrated exemplary excellence in service and patient care throughout her career with PHS. She has overseen complex medical cases for the organization since 2014 and is a true leader committed to providing the best of herself to the staff, patients, and their families.
